I started watching the animated Disney show Gravity Falls in June 2021, and I fell deeply in love with it. As soon as I finished the show, I knew I had to cosplay from it!
The first cosplay I put together from it was of one of the main characters, Mabel Pines. It was a pretty easy cosplay to put together, as I was able to thrift most of it, and then adjust the things I bought from there. Things like shortening the skirt, adding the patch to the sweater, etc.
I did the photoshoot for this cosplay entirely by myself, and created a short film along with it, which you can watch here. It was a fun challenge, and I’m really happy with both the cosplay and the photos!
Of course, I couldn’t just make ONE cosplay from this show. Pretty immediately afterwards, I also created a cosplay for the other main character, Dipper Pines.
