I made this cosplay both for Halloween of 2020, and for my ebook, Cosplay on a Budget, to prove that cosplays could be created on any budget!
This one cost me less than $20, and is made with a collection of thrifted and altered items, things I already had, and things made completely from scratch. I didn’t even need to use a wig for it!
The character, Jacquelyn, is from the Netflix show ‘A Series of Unfortunate Events.
